Looking for a Frying pan that is Ultra-Safe and Non-stick that doesn't contain all those PTFE and PFOA's. How about one that is ceramic? Check out my review of the The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri.
I love trying out new kitchen products so when Ozeri sent them this product to try out I was very happy. My older pan seemed to have warped in the middle and had hot and colder spots. So I was looking for a new one to replace it. Perfect timing huh?
About The Green Earth Pan:The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri is made with no harmful heavy metals or chemicals. It has elevated texture air pockets with distribute the heat underneath to enhance cooking. It is made out of durable scratch resistant ceramic. The ceramic coating emits no harmful fumes. The Green Earth Pan has a super comfortable silicone handle. It is non-stick and easy to clean. It also works on induction stoves. It also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. It has s 10 inch diameter.
The Review:I figured with all the pockets The Green Earth Pan would be tough to clean and food would stick to it but I was totally wrong. The pockets kept the food from binding to the surface of the pan and the food slid right off with the water. It is large enough to brown 2 lbs of meat in, which is perfect for my family's taco nights. It came with a surface protector cloth so I can stack it with other pans and not scratch the surface of the pan. It also saves room that way under my stove. I cook a lot and often on higher temperatures but I could cook on a lower temperature and my food got done just as quick. I do like the silicone handle, it doesn't seem to get as hot as the hard plastic ones.
The only thing I did't like was the color, I have never been a fan of green.
