This makes my absolute favorite shrimp. They are great for a salad or on pasta. Lots of flavor and super yummy.
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbs hot sauce
2 teaspoon minced garlic or 3 cloves.
1 tablespoon tomato paste or crushed tomatoes.
2 lbs shrimp (de-veined and peeled)
4 tbs any mixture or parsley, oregano, basil, pepper.
- Mix everything but the shrimp together and place shrimp into mixture. Let stand about 2 hours.
- Remove shrimp from marinate and cook shrimp on grill until done. Shrimp will be opaque.
