Veggie Tales: Veggies in Space, The Fennel Frontier Review and Giveaway

Kids love Veggie Tales and so do Adults! Check out the newest movie "Veggies in Space, The Fennel Frontier from Big Idea. I got an opportunity to review this one in my home.

About Veggies in Space:

Veggies in Space is a Lesson in The Power of Sharing! Join Captain Cuke (Larry the Cucumber) and his loyal first officer, Mr. Spork (Bob the Tomato), as they embark on an out of this world adventure to bravely travel where no Veggie has ever been. The entire USS Applepies crew takes on Luntar the Looter, a power stealing space pirate, but they're in for a big surprise when they find out what's motivating him!

It's available March 18th or pre-order it now at

The Kids Review:

My kids loved the adventure and especially the popcorn meteorites.  They actually started quoting to each other and singing around the house "If you have enough to spare, you have enough to share."  My youngest loved the happy ending of the movie and just grinned from ear to ear when it all worked out perfectly.

My Review:

I loved the preface to this movie.  It teaches me and my family not to build up treasures here on earth but give them away to those who do not have them. The lesson is driven home with every day applications throughout the movie.    It also reminds us that we don't always know everything about a person and that we have to really get to know them before we jump to conclusions.

"Veggies in Space" has a Meteor sized dose of Humor that the adults will get a kick out of of.  Think old space movies and TV shows, everything from Dr. Who to Star Trek.  It will just keep surprising you with elements from our favorite space movies.

The main song is super catchy and will get firmly stuck in your head.  My kids still remember it almost 2 weeks later.
